Womb Room: Vaginal Steam Tent
Welcome to the Womb Room. This is your sacred space to enjoy the benefits of vaginal steaming while honoring womb herbal allies and your inner goddess to heal and rejuvenate your most sacred space. We offer a protected and magical space where you can rest, meditate and commune with our healing altar within the Womb Room. You will be completely covered throughout this experience and can rely on your privacy throughout.
Vaginal/Yoni steams are used to assist in the healing of the uterus for the treatment of many symptoms that women can experience. It is a traditional healing method that has been used for generations by the midwives, grandmothers and traditional healers of Central and South America, as well as throughout many cultures around the world. Vaginal steaming is an extremely beneficial tool that is being revived to relieve many womb ailments that affect the modern womb naturally.
The yoni steam is a simple, gentle and sacred process. One sits over a bowl of steaming hot water with a combination of healing herbs and allows the steam to warm, soften and heal the vulva, perineum, vagina, cervix and uterus. The entire steam takes only about 20 minutes and can be done alone or in sisterhood, in silent meditation or with music and conversation.
In the Womb Room, you will be led by our facilitator Jessica Flowers and her assistants in a womb-centered meditation with up to 5 other women. Given as a ceremony, group steaming is a great way to get in tune with the magic of your womb while opening to healing volatile and aromatherapeutic oils from our customized blend of yarrow, basil, calendula, mugwort, rose, and lemon balm. During meditation, we will connect with the spirit of each herb, learn the benefits, co-create healing and deepen our own inner divinity through the steam.

Jessica Flowers
Jessica is a mother, a womb wise educator, a certified herbalist, medicine maker and ceremonialist with over 20 years of experience working with medicinal herbs. She has dedicated her practice to the health of women and new families through traditional postpartum care.
