A Special Invitation to Sponsor the 9th 2025 Red Earth Women's Gathering!

We are grateful and happy that our first eight years as a gathering were a success. This year we expect close to 200 women and children. It will likely be our largest event to date. We gather annually for a weekend of exploring offerings from female leaders in herbalism and holistic practices coming largely from the surrounding community. There are many offerings including red tent, herbal workshops, wellness area, dance, ceremony, a sacred gateway, and nourishing meals made on site from as much local food as possible. At least a dozen vendors showcase homemade and sustainable products and services, as well as a vaginal steam tent called a “womb room”. Our efforts for a zero-waste event include onsite composting and recycling and all reusable flatware and cups. Those in attendance included babies and elders and everyone in between. We receive only positive feedback from attendees and teachers.

The first two years were successful with absolutely no outside financial funding, and we were able to break even! Teachers and staff volunteered their time and energy to the event, along with a work-trade program.  In the last six years, we have incorporated a Sponsorship program. With this money, we were able to buy a tent and custom made steam boxes for our Womb Room. We bought a tent to host our Red Tent. We purchased more permanent play items for the children's area as well as furnished the newest area for the coming of age girls we call the Girl’s Grove. We enjoyed donated herbs for infusions, teas, smudge, and yoni steams. We were also able to have lovely chalkboard signs painted to clearly mark each of the areas of the gathering...so helpful! We are so grateful for sponsorship because it helps us to offset the costs of the gathering and helps us to continue this annual tradition!

With excitement, we are preparing for our ninth annual gathering to be held this August 1st-3rd in beautiful Carbondale, Colorado at 13 Moons Ranch!  This year our hope is to invest in infrastructure for years to come. We would like to purchase a dome for our children’s program, two event tents to host the Crone Space and the Girls Grove, as well as other needed supplies to be used this year and for future events. For this reason, we are inviting a few special sponsors to hold this powerful mission and vision alongside us.
