About the event
All Full Weekend Tickets include
- entry to classes, workshops and performances throughout the weekend (schedule subject to change & events may have limited spaces)
- tent camping on Friday and Saturday night
- fishing (with a license) or playing/bathing in the Crystal River,
- delicious meals starting with Friday dinner and ending with Sunday lunch, and
- unlimited water, tea and infusion.
Day tickets include all of the above except camping. Children's tickets include special access to Faery Garden and Girl's Grove events (GG is for ages 8+). See the RV Camping/Lodging add-on tickets below!
Be sure to review our general Welcome Letter and if you have children joining you, you'll want to review the Childrens Welcome and/or the Girls Grove Welcome letters as well as complete the Medical Release form for your children. These letters will give you details about what to bring and what will happen on the land.

Donation to Our Gathering
We want to bring you this event year after year, but it takes a village and a fair bit of money to put on this event. If you're able to offer a donation of ANY size, we would appreciate it. Receive 5 raffle tickets for our amazing raffle that we hold at our event for every $40 donated! Just show your donation receipt at the registration table to receive your free tickets.

If you will be eating with us before dinner on Friday (so Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast or Friday lunch) then you'll need to purchase a meal ticket for each of these meals. Starting at dinner on Friday your meals are included in your event ticket. Please consider paying more than the minimum if you can to thank our kitchen staff and support the gathering. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable.

This upgrade allows the ticket holder to camp in a Tipi at the event instead of tent camping. Tipis are large and can be used by a group of women. These are located in the tent camping area. Note that these spots are primitive - there are NO hook-ups or camping supplies provided. The ground is earth and may get wet so we suggest camping cots. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
