Pre-conference: Rosita Arvigo
Dr. Rosita will explain the anatomy and physiology of the abdomen and pelvis and show us how to perform abdominal and pelvic massage on ourselves at home. These simple, ancient Maya techniques learned from Maya healers in Central America address and prevent a host of common digestive and reproductive health issues in men and women. The 1st half is didactic learning and the last 2 hours will be dedicated to practicing the techniques on yourself. Bring a pillow and something to lie on. Ages 12+.

Private Indoor Double Bed
This upgrade ticket is for a comfy double bed in a small private structure located in the RV camping area. Bedding is provided and this is a great option for someone who wants to travel light to the event. Note that there is no bathroom in the structure, just a bed. You can stay in this room from Thurs. Tipi Rental
This upgrade allows the ticket holder to camp in a Tipi at the event instead of tent camping. Tipis are large and can be used by a group of women. These are located in the tent camping area. You can stay from Thurs. July 31, 10am - Sun. Aug 3, 2025, 5pm. The tipi is primitive - NO hook-ups or camping supplies are provided. The ground is earth and may get wet, so we suggest using a camping cot (inquire with us if you'd like to rent cots/airbeds). Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

RV or Car Camping
This upgrade allows the ticket holder to camp in their RV or car at the event instead of tent camping. Note that these spots are primitive - there are NO hook-ups (electrical or otherwise). Pre-conference Meal Package
This is for meals from Thursday (7/31) lunch through Friday (8/1) lunch - 4 meals total. If you have a ticket for a pre-conference workshop then these meals are included with that. This is only for women arriving to the gathering early that would like to eat with us any or all of these meals: Thurs 7/31 lunch and/or dinner or Fri 8/1 breakfast and/or lunch. Additional weekend meals from Friday (8/1) dinner through Sunday (8/3) lunch are included with a regular weekend gathering ticket.
